Default 4X4 actuator?

Hey guys. I have a 97 S10 Blazer. The 4x4 wont engage on a cold morning when I push the button. Just clickitey click then back to two wheel. After it warms up it will finally engage.
I hope it is something simple. Any ideas.
Thanks
fng

Possible vaccume switch could be sticking. I would check that, it's located on top of the transfer case. Should have 3 hoses running to it. Remove that and see if the ballbearing has play or gets stuck. If that is fine, then check your vaccume actuator located under your battery tray. Those are known to go bad as well.
