Default 4X4 cluncking

I know theres tons of threads on this, but i cant find anything pertaining to this. tonght i went into a kinda snowy area in 2wheel thinkin bout doing some donuts. i Get inot the snow and its alot higher than i thought i stop dead in my tracks. i put it into 4 hi, and push on the gas and i hear this clunking sound, but i know my front tires are spinning, i let off the gas and put my foot down again it makes the clunking sound again. THis has happened just a few other times, like when i stop to put it inot 4hi i push down on the gas and it kinda clunks a bit. Should i be worried about this?

How often is the clunk? Once per tire revolution? 3 times? 10 times?

And is it really a clunk or more of a click?

Default 4x4 clunking

I have an '04 blazer that was making a grinding/clicking sound, but I only noticed it while in 4wd, turned out to be broken motor mounts.
