Default 99 Bravada shock bolt

i need some ideas guys cause apparently 1+1 does not equal 2. a few days ago i noticed excessive tire wear on the inside of my front tires. i narrowed it down to bad ball joints and with over 200k and 15yrs with the still riveted ball joints i figure its time for new ones. i got them all out and was inspecting the area and noticed the shocks could use replacing too so i started to remove them as well. i got the nuts off the top and bottom of the shock but the bolt will not budge from the top. i have been beating on the bolt with my BFH for 2 hrs to a point the bolt has started to deform but still wont budge. what can i do to get this f**** bolt out as im really losing my patients with this one bolt i have been working on for so long and getting nowhere

The bolt has rusted into the sleeve that is inside the bushing. You can burn the bushing out, but the sleeve would still be on the bolt. The heat may loosen the sleeve. Soaking with WD40 or other similar penetrating oil will help. If that doesn't work, I would cut the bolt/sleeve on the inside of both of the mounting tabs with a saws-all/grinder/etc being careful to not damage the mount.

got the bolt out by cutting it in 3 pieces using a pneumatic cut off wheel and luckily my small compressor was able to power it enough to cut through. and as suspected it was rusted to the sleeve
