Default Abs problem

I have a 2000 chevy blazer and both the abs and brake light are on. They don't stay on but on and off. I had the code read and it said ebcm relay circuitry? I figured my ebcm just went out but does any know what that code is for? And also if it can be fixed DIY

C0265/C0266 - EBCM Motor Relay Circuit

You can also search for C0265 on the forum to see what other people have done during their troubles with this code. Just remember that the 'C' is followed by four numbers. It is C-zero-two-six-five, not C-O-two-six-five.
