Default Advice on replacing ball joints, 94 Blazer

I wanted to know what is the perferred way of replacing the upper & lower ball joints on a 1994 1500 Blazer. I know I need to get the rivots holding them on now, but what is the best way to do it. I did a Trans Am a long time ago, but that was then and this is now. Any help would be good.

I am not sure if I am remembering this properly or not, but I think one of them is pressed in. The other is held with rivets which can either be drilled, ground, or air-chiseled off.
