Axle Flanges for 99 Bravada??
Mo son and I are prepping this Yarde rear end, came from a '00 Bravada supposedly with only 110K on it. But it's in worse physical shape than my stock '99 rear end with 166K (which has shot gears, pinion bearings and probably carrier side bearings). Three of the parking brake pawls are stuck inside their bores although one did come loose. The axle flange, I guess you call it, that bolts to the end of the axle tube and holds the backing plate in place, has no parking brake "tangs" at the top on which the parking brake shoes hang. Yes, I know, you can buy and replace those tangs... but the screws into the flange bracket are so rotted I seriously doubt I'll be able to get them loose, let alone out.
So I was looking at Rock Auto's catalog tonight and cannot find this axle flange listed. Forget AZ or Advance; neither of them even has new U-bolts to clamp the axles to the leaf spring pads. And nobody seems to list the two short U-bolts that hold the sway bar to the axle tubes.
Eventually, I did find a blow-up drawing of the whole rear end with arrows pointing to the four bolts that hold the flanges to the axle tubes. But no arrows to the flange itself. The rubber gaskets protecting the parking brake shoe actuating tangs are shot, no arrow to those, either. All four bolts on both sides are rusted down to 12 mm or 11 mm and need replacement.
Does anybody know what GM calls this bracket, have a part number and know whether it's still available?? I hate to salvage the ones off my '99 because they aren't in much better shape, also with rotted bolts and the parking brake shoe hanging tangs.
Thanks!!

Found them; they're at the bottom of the Rock catalog page listing Brake Backing Plates, Delco 88935985 and 88935986. No name shown so still don't know exactly what they're called. These don't come with the parking brake pawls or tang; those have to be ordered under Parking Brake Hardware Kit, such as Dorman HW7321. I did not see the rubber boot that covers the parking brake actuator tang, but I've seen that someplace else, just don't remember where right now.
As for the bolts holding these onto the axle: didn't find the bolts/nuts listed anywhere, and when I asked the local dealer about them, the kid on the computer tells me a single bolt lists for $30.42!!!!! :O He told me what size the bolt is: M10 x 1.5; so I ordered a box of 10 bolts, a package of 50 nuts, and a bag or 100 washers (minimum quantity) from Mc Master-Carr for around $28 + shipping. The nuts are not the deep ones found on the axle; but with 50 in the box, I'm just gonna double up on the nuts as well as using Loctite to make sure they don't work loose. The washers aren't the same things that GM used; I dunno what the point of those odd washers GM used is. But they get brittle and break when you try to remove them from the bolts, so they're getting replaced.
