Bleed power steering pump

Bleed power steering pump
I got the Jimmy in the first week of November, Since I got it, the power steering pump has been whining.
Checked the fluid, level never goes down
There is never a problem steering the truck.. EVER, so I'm fairly sure the pump is not going bad.
Checked for leaks as well, but since the fluid never drops, I ruled that out as well
So that brings me to, there must be air in the pump somewhere. What is an effective way, to bleed the power steering pump, I have seen many different ways. It would be nice if it was the easiest, "quickest" way to do this, Since it is pretty cold outside. (I do not like the cold)
