Alright, and like I said at the beginning of the post to making it "manual 4x4"... there isnt a way to wire the shift motor to a switch on the dash or something so I can enable it? And bypass the TCCM and speed sensors?

Short story, no. Long story: The encoder motor is a stepper motor, (operates in "steps") and has a position sensor very similar to a throttle position sensor. When you request a mode or range shift, the TCCM checks to see if it is permitted. If so, it commands the encoder motor to move a certain number of steps. The position sensor monitors how many steps the transfer case shift shaft moves, and sends the data to the TCCM. If you want it fully manual, remove the encoder motor and install a shift lever. Be aware there will be NO safety features if you do that. ie you will be able to shift in and out of 4LO at any speed, (the TCCM prevents that). If you accidentally or purposely shift to 4LO at lets say, 20mph, you'll be replacing the transfer case

Default Bravada AWD isnt work

The AWD on my 2004 Bravada isn't working I was stuck in the snow the other day and only my rear wheels would spin, what could be the main cause of this? The Transfer Case Shift Motor possibly?
