camber adjustment

Default camber adjustment

ok well changed top control arm bushings on tops of bothsides did as book advised and marked camber adjusters before taking them off and reinstalled back as were before removing and replacing bushings.. now to me it looks like my tires are top out more than they were... how and if it is possible is the easiest way to adjust myself iam pretty mechanicaly inclined so ???? any advise would be good.. thanks also are lower control arm bushings grounds for klunking noise in front end ??? and are they a bear to replace ???
