Default Chucking when I turn

I have a '96 Blazer and when I turn my wheel sharp to ether side it makes this Chuck sound. It is more **** to do it when Im backing up like out of a parking spot or my driveway. Im not sure what to check first this is my first car Im trying to do it all my self. Any ideas or thoughts?

Thanks

Searching in here for clunking sounds in the front etc. Changing up the wording for the search. Having the proper information about the vehicle: year, make, model, 2wd, 4wd etc.
As for the issue & not knowing if its 4wd or not 1st suspects are ball joints, tie rod ends, hub bearing assemblies (4wd.) possibly pitman arm &/or the idler arm. I'd start with the ball joints, search in here to see how to diagnose them if you aren't sure.

I could tell you, but to survive in here you should search 1st. It's a great practice & you waste little time waiting for answers from people because you can find them yourself.
Congrats on your 1st vehicle btw & welcome to forum!
