No idea, I have a ZR2, I was just saying maybe the little extra length of the ZR2 CVs might help because the lift. It was just an idea, probably not a good one, but and idea none the less.(if he keeps breaking more CVs why not try and snap some ZR2 CVs)

Oh, OK. Didn't realize you had a z. It's my understanding that the ZR2 axles are like 2+" longer, and no way will they fit a non Z

This has me stumped, in the 5 years I've had aftermarket keys I've only replaced one CV axle. I have mine turned up quite a bit and my CV axles are at a terrible angle. If you went a year with no problems and now can't make it out of the driveway there has to be something else taking them out. Im not sure what though. I'd check that there isn't any else wore out or broken. If you do figure it out please post what you find.

Are your axles the bolt on flange style or slip in on the differential side? If flange style I would think something in the control arms is broken or wore out causing it to move enough to pull the CV apart. Possible really bad ball joints? I don't know, I'm just throwing out ideas here.

They slip in, I've replaced all ball joints hoping that was my problem. No luck

Can you post some pics of CV angles and maybe just some of the front end. Maybe someone can see something that might be causing it.

I'm wondering how exactly they are breaking? Coming out, losing rollerpins, boot tearing? You might need to get a heavier duty or custom longer one...

Are there options for heavy duty cv axles? I've searched and searched, can't find anything. RCV will make custom cv, but for the $1600 or so they get for a set, you're well into a really nice SAS
