Default diagnosing 4wd.

Ok 99 zr2 ls. my 4wd light is on. I hear one click from the tccm when i start the truck and get nothing from the tc. No noise or anything. Now i seen theres a way to test it by jumping pin 13 on the obd2 port but i dont have pin 13!!?? I only have the min 5 pins. 2,4,5,9,16. How can i test it.
