Default dropping torsion bars

i was wondering if any ever tried or thought about trying to custom make a drop bracket for the torsion bars. I was checking out some lift kits for other vehicles to see how they were designed if the vehicle had torsion bars. Well i was thinking about making my own bracket to mount the torsion bar mount to and mount that to the frame to lift the vehicle about 4-6" and then lift the leafs in the back. If anyone has any suggestions or has tried it themselves please let me know

Sounds like a plan if youre good at fabrication. But then, once you drop those t-bars, whatcha going to do about the front diff? Ah..fab a crossmember and drop bracket for that! Annndddd you have yourself a homemade BDS 5' kit

Edit: I know there's alot more to the lift than those 3 brackets....but the point is, there's more than 1 obstacle to lifting the front of the blazer than the torsion bars.

you'd have some nasty cv angles with a 4in lift with just tbs being adjusted.
