Default encoder or what?

ok i have a 1997, blazer 4x4, truck at first wouldnt take off in first ooo its a automatica, ok i tried to put it in 4x4 lo and hi it all was clickin the encoder and the tccm but wouldnt go in to either 4x4 setting. i reset the pcm with a scanner i have, i got 2 codes one was a solenoid in the trans , and one from the tccm, but i did get the trans to work fine now, but now the tranfer case wont shift, the tccm clicks but no sound from encoder, i will check the wires at the encoder for voltage tomrrow. 5 volts right? any help i would be thank full.

Your on the right track, check your wires for corrosion and volts and post back.
