is it possible to make a 95 front differential fit a 97?

 

I don't see why not. As far as I know they should be the same as long as it came from the same type of vehicle. Now if the one you are swapping in is larger one than what you have, I am not sure how that works, I think you might need to get new halfshafts and CV axles at that point, but maybe someone else knows some more than me.
