Default Front end question

Took my Blazer in for a front end alignment to the local shop because the tires had severe toe in wear {outside tire wear}. I thought there may be some loose parts that maybe needed replacing but they said no. All they adjusted was the inner and outer tie rods.{I can see the wear, on the bolts and the sleeves where they put a wrench} Question I have is that would this solve my toe in problem or am I getting hosed on this and other adjustments need to be made. Thanks.

Misadjusted tie rods can cause toe-in wear. It can also be caused by worn tie-rod ends.
