Default greasing ubolts.

I replaced them about a year ago. I swore they had the fitting to grease them, well from looking at them they dont. BUT one of the end caps on each one has a small cap in the center. Looks like i can remove them and put in a grease fitting. I'm wondering if im right, and also if its made to be like that to help vibration from being off balance. Or can just a fitting cause that much of a issue?

depends...i have seen some that are grease-able and some that arent.
i think it just depends on what you buy...i get the grease-able ones.
i have never seen them grease at the ends though...always around the center.

I went outside and took another look. it does indeed have a cap in the center,AND on the outside. So i guess its greasable. Not sure. Ive got some zerk fittings on my old front end parts. maybe i see if one fits later.

Yea,from the looks of it. problem is how the heck can i get a grease fitting in the center without pulling the driveshaft. Plus the torsion member is directly under the front ujoint. I dont even have a flex hose for my grease gun. I think im not going to worry about it till later when im at a buddies shop.
