Default Hell of a squeak

Its in the front of the blazer and is mainly when you first get to going. I hit the bump in the driveway and it just sounds god awful. Ball joints, tie rod ends, or any suggestions?

Sway bar bushings/end links are more likely. Ball joints tend to clunk or knock. CVs pop. The only real squeak you get is control arm bushings or sway bar bushings...and sway bars are easier...so...check those

I would agree on the sway bar bushings. If these dry out, they can cause a VERY annoying squeaking sound whenever the front suspension moves.
