Default location of caster/camber adj bolts

Does anyone by chance have a pic of where the caster/camber adj bolts are at, or maybe describe to me their location? I took my Blazer (1997 4Dr 4x4) to a local Chevy dealership to get a front end alignment done and they said the caster/camber adj bolts were seized up and that they wouldn't be responsibe for them if they broke, so they didn't adj them. It drives strait down the road, the steering wheel just sit's at about 11 o'clock. Also if im on the highway takeing a sharp curve its feel like the front end slides, like it cant handle he turn, it's pretty scarry when it happens. It started doing this after the alignment.

Default

The caster/camber is set in the eccentric bolts used to mount the upper control arm to the frame:

Here is an illustration:

If the bolt is as shown in the illustration above, then it is adjusted all the way out and no further adjustment can be made.

The spec for camber is +/- 1* with preferred being 0*
