Default Mystery part (pic included)

Ok, so I'm working on my daughter's blazer and changed the pitman arm and idler pulley, and getting ready to do the lower ball joints as well and as I'm putting the power steering pump back in I find this part sitting on the frame near the pump. It may have been there and it may be something I inadvertently pulled off while working. Anyone have any idea as to what it could be?

Awesome guys, thanks so much. I would have really hated putting everything back together only to have to tear it all apart again.
