Hey guys. I've got an 04' blazer which I love, 2wd, 2d, I just got under it, as I've been having a mighty squeak from a bushing, I found the bushing, but I noticed that the mounting bracket for my drivers side sway bar has some sort of brace that some had actually tapped the frame to install, it seems to be holding the bushing in place. I'm assuming the reason for this is that the hole in the frame is stripped, if in fact it is, is this going to be a pain to repair?
I'd hate to have to trade my blazer in, but if this is something that cant be fixed I'd like to do something before it's too late =/.
