Default New shocks with t-bar lift???

If I do a t-bar crank on my blazer, and I got new shocks for the front, would it take some of the load off the torsion bars?

Nope. Shocks dampen the action of the springs and torsion bars, that's all. Cranking the torsion bars puts added stress on suspension & steering parts, along with the torsion bars, that's all. It's one of the modifications that keeps costing you money, even after it's done.
