putting wheel bearings on isn't very hard took me 2 hours to do both of the front. I wouldn't pay him more than $50

I would change your wheel cylinders and rear brake shoes, flush the brake fluid and bleed, and change the seal(s) on the rear diff and refill it for about a hundred bucks... Maybe 4 hours of work. Parts should be about 150-200 or a little more depending on what brand of parts you choose. Shoes and spring kit, seals (axle, input), fluids (2L 80/90, 1L Dot3), silicone and wheel cyls, oh, and a can or two of brake cleaner.

You could do some reading in here and see how to do all that yourself too and save the hundred bucks, a brake job and diff service isnt a tough task, just take one side at a time apart so you can always walk around and see what it should look like when done.

Maybe I'm the only one, but your posts are hard to read. Try throwing in some punctuation at least.

Just because it overheated doesn't mean it's dead. Try changing the coolant and oil and fire it up. You have an iron block and heads, they can take a little abuse.

I believe that you that you know how to spell. I was just saying that because of the lake of punctuation and typos it was difficult to understand your post.

Glad to hear you got the problems worked out. If you over heated it for any significant period of time, you should probably still change your oil and coolant.
