Default bushings

could be upper and lower A arm bushings worn out or the tie rod ends on backwards touching the inside of the rim...

I have a 2001 4.3 4wd and I have a noise that occurs when backing then braking. To me it sounds like metal hitting metal. Investigation sounds like I have a torsion bar problem. The vehicle bounces around like shocks are gone. The front end is elevated and the rear is nearly bottomed out. This has occurred suddenly and I can't identify a cause. Not sure about the resolution.
