Posi-Lok cable placememt in cab

Posi-Lok cable placememt in cab
I'm in the process of installing a "posi-lok" cable for the front axle of my 2004 blazer.
I cant seem to find a good location in the cab to mount the cable though.
The only 2 places that seem logical to mount it, my knees hit.
Where'd you mount yours? Pics would be great.
