Exclamation problem please help

So i just got my alignment done.
and i got out of school and my truck was pullin really hard to the right.
And to keep it straight i had to have the wheel turned to 2 o'clock
I checked the tire and it was fine.
When i got my alignment done they said my wheel hub assembly needed fixing. Could this be it?

Air pressures set properly side to side?

Brakes turning free?

If so, I would take it back to the alignment shop. They may have left something loose...
