I have an 01 zr2 blazer, i noticed what looks like the front output shaft seal on the tcase leaking, so i was going to replace it. However, mitchell doesnt have much details on front driveshaft removal.

My question: is the driveshaft to t case mated with splines and a retainer clip? Or should it just slide (beat with a hammer to death) out?
