98+ zr2 should work as long as it's the same ratio.

I would recommend finding one that has a gov-loc style locker (g80 rpo)

RPO codes for gear ratio identification:
GU4=3.08
GU5=3.23
GU6=3.42
GT4=3.73
GT5=4.10
HC4=4.56

Standard OEM gears in a ZR2 are 3.73 (GT4). The most common in non-ZR2 Blazers are 3.42 and 3.73, and you can find your OEM equipment on the RPO list sticker in your glovebox. Just find the code on your sticker that matches the list posted by Chevyriders. If you have different gears in your truck than the donor ZR2 axle, the easiest & cheapest is to just swap your front diff as well.
