Rear End Question

305 and 350 are pretty much the same size.
are you going with a new or a good used dif?
if you are going used and want the locker, look for the g80 rpo, they are available in non zr-2's
if you do decide disc brakes are in order, 1998+ rpo g80 and you got yourself a disc brake rear end with a locker, and it's still the right track width.
Also, i believe if you do get a disc rear and want to stick with drums you need to pull out the axle shafts, then swap backing plates, etc.
in case you don't know, RPO's are located on the sticker in your glove box
