Default Replacing stock shocks

I have a 2000 blazer LS 4x4 4 door totally stock and I believe the shocks are worn out. The passanger rear sags a bit and theres alot of bounce on the body. I want to upgrade for a smoother ride but mostly just fix the problem. Any suggestions on brand or details on what shocks to get? Anything ive looked up says shock-struts? Are these the same things? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Bilstein, Innovation and High Quality Since 1873 I'm starting to look myself. I have Bilsteins on it now but I don't know the age.

If the body sags, there is an issue with springs. Have a competent shop inspect them for you, and measure rear ride height. Measurement is from the axle bumper block bracket, to the top of the axle tube, while the vehicle is on a flat, level surface, (alignment rack is a perfect place). Spec is 5.1" to 5.8" and it needs to be within 1/16" side to side. The sole purpose of a shock, is to dampen the action of the spring, that's all it does.
