Default Replacing tie rods- length, spacing concern

Replacing the tie rods, both inner, outer and sleeve on a 98 S10 ZR 2. All was going well except when I place the replacement assembly next to the original assembly, one the replacement assembly the spacing inside the sleeves seems to wide and I am thinking should be somewhat centered. A picture describing the condition is attached.

Hoping forum members can take a look and share what right should look like.

I would think that as long as the clamp on the sleeve makes full contacted with the threaded section of the tierod, you should be fine

The two main things to pay attention to are:

#1 The distance from center to center of the grease fittings is equal to the old assembly that you are replacing.

#2 That the gap between the ends is approximately centered in the sleeve.

The alignment shop will make the final adjustment to them.
