Default Shackle to frame bushing question...

Hello all. Been lurking a while , finally have a question someone might have some info on. I have a 98 T10 blazer. I replaced a broken shackle yesterday , and in the process mangled the frame hole. The new oem style bushing just doesn't have enough grab on the outside edge , and im not happy with the little bit of slop that is there now. I know this will oval the hole and eventually break the frame.

My question is about poly bushings. I am basically looking for clarification that there are, or are not poly bushings that go in the frame itself. If this is the case , I will try to find a slightly oversized poly bushing .

Thanks in advance,
JZ
