Default Sliping while turning slow

Have a 05 zr2 blazer.
Seem there is a slipping or slidding feeling when wheel turned completely and moving slow turning into parking stall and my 4x4 is Not ingaged its a pretty weird feeling.(totally different from the 4x4 turning feeling) Does anyone have any suggestions on what would be causing this feeling?

Wheel alignment? If one tire is toe' d in more than the other while turning, you'll feel a scrubbing. It honestly could be a lot of different things, worn bushings, wheel bearings, etc. I'd give everything in the front and rear a good shake down and make sure you don't have any bushings or balljoints wearing out.
