Spline grease
Do any of you have thoughts how what grease to use on driveline spline shafts? How to apply? What to use?
I heard the 4Runner guys like the Motorcraft XG-8 PTFE grease.

I use what I have on hand, which is either GP grease or high temp grease. Never gave it much thought, to tell the truth.

I'll agree with the above comments. I use the grease I have on hand.
Application process I follow:
Clean it
Lubricate it
Reassemble
Drive until the next thing breaks.
Repeat.
