Squeaking While Turning Left
#11
i have this problem too. its only in my left front wheel though and i have all new brake parts up there meaning rotor pads and a new caliper. its a very light squeal and whenever i touch my brakes ever so slightly it goes away and then there is a spot where if i have the right amount of pressure the brakes like to squeal. sometimes it does it sometimes it does not.

I'm new here with a 4dr 1998 4x4 LS and it came with so many squeaks mostly on the left front. Squeaks when I push down on the LF fender, when I turn and drive over a bump slowly, and when I come to a stop or start from a start. Oh it is quite loud at times and other times not so much. I have started noticing that other Blazers that I encounter have their own sqeaks as well. Feel like I'm a member of a club. I need shocks, so I'll start there, then check the brakes. The loudest sound seems as far as I can tell from puttin my ear in the wheelwell and bouncing the fender is comming from the upper control arm bushings. The front bushing has had some of its rubber smooshed off. As I have scanned the forums, I share loose steering at the center, but it is pretty minor. Really nice old gorl though. Been wanting one since highschool.
