Default steering issue

Hi guys.
I have Blazer 98, S-10.
It pulls to the right really bad.
I went to the shop for alignment. They showed me play in the lower ball joints and center link(which I'm not sure what it does). They want $500 for fixing it.
Is this something really causing pull to the right and replacing ball joints and center link will fix it?
They tried to align it, but it still pulls.
Thanks an advance.

I had the same issue last year and they queted me almost 1000$ at a firestone, they said it was my steering box, pitman arm , idler arm and ball joints. I didnt change the box cause i didnt see it leaking so i would figer it would be good and most from what iv read the arm thats on the box gets wore out so i only changed the ball joints, the two arms and the tie rods both sides, went and got a alignment and its good. I Think 500$ is to high just for lower ball joint and a center link i paid 440 uper and lower ball joints, tie rods , the two arms and alignment.
