Question Steering issue??

On our 1998 Blazer 4x4 we have a grinding rough noise almost a vibration feel when you turn the steering wheel to the right. It only does it turning right. I thought maybe a power steering pump, But that did not solve the issue. I also replaced a wore out pitman arm. Everything else looks good, & I greased all the fittings.
Does anyone have any idea where to look next? The steering is tight & the alignment was checked & it is OK. No odd tire wear.
Thanks in advance.
