Default Stiff Steering

New member here. I've had a '99 blazer for 4 years and it's been great. Recently I bought an '01 blazer and the steering is a lot stiffer than the '99. Did they change something? Fluid reservoir is full of clean fluid.

There really weren't any changes to the steering, but maybe someone added a steering stabilizer to the '01.. Or it could just be tighter.
