Default Stupid question torsion unloader 99 blazer

Excuse me for stupid question. My all data subscrition expired. Do I need a torsion bar unloader tool to replace or remove install hub assembly or to replace ball joints.

Thanks

Nope, just have the suspension at full drop (ie jackstands under the frame, not the lower A-arm) and you should be good to go.
