Default Suspension ping?

Hello all,
When I driving around sometimes I here my Suspension "ping". I comes from the rear. My shocks are really rusty and my leafs are sagging. Does and one know what this could be?

When does it do this? Certain bumps? Acceleration? Deceleration?

When accelerating form a dead stop and also where stopping from reverse. Just under normal driving conditions.

It could be your u-joints. If they have a grease zerk, try pumping some grease into them.
