suspention pics 2001 ls
I was not able to add pics in my previous posting [2001 rear bags] I tried a new thread and i think it will work this way........
Those are the axle bump stops, not bags
They should not be resting on the axle. I can't really see in the images if they are or not. I can give you specs, and how to measure, rear ride height, if you need it.

well I'll be......they are bigger than any I have seen.......... my silverado bumpers aren't nearly that big??.......... thanks a lot.....
I'm going to determine if i need the shocks in the next couple of days.....I trust this blazer enough to head to the mountains for a road test......with a good cell phone in my pocket ;-).............the weather is supposed to be in the 40's and 50's, the next few days so i will also get started on my hitch......
It's great to just jump right in and work on the things that i like to do.....:-)

I probably have about an inch and a half of air on the bumpers.......
I have determined that the bilstien shocks have served their purpose and i will have to go shock shopping.........I would bet that they were stock...
I also learned to program the auto door locks to wait for me to lock them. ;-)
I really appreciate the expert help on this forum.........good bunch of people!!
