Are thes ball joinst serviceable??

Default Are thes ball joinst serviceable??

The pic is if a 2003 Chevy Blazer LS 2WD. I can't tell I can press out the lower joints or not, the Uppers are definitely riveted in.

Thanks, that's all I needed to know. It's hard to tell just by looking and Haynes manual just says to take the arm to a mechanic to change b-joint. Every year model has slightly different design so I wanted to be sure.
