Ticking noise from rear end

You make it sound like you have a rock in your tire, Leaks in the diff wouldn't make a ticking noise, And if a tooth broke off enough to make noises inside it would most likely destroy your diff in mins. 90% of peoples car/trucks leak from the factory at the pumpkin

Thanks i know that they naturally leak so im not too worried about that. I just cant think of what that noise might of been. I think that it was just a fluke because it seems to have stopped. Thanks for all the help if anyone has any more updates i would be grateful. Ill keep you guys updated if the noise comes back.

Default Ticking/metalon metal in rear

I have this same problem, very noticeable starting to accelerate. I did not see a fix on your thread, any idea what it was??
