I found drill out the ball joints with 1/8 and 3/16 was best approach after trying my air chisel on the first one.
I am in the process of replacing the fiif after breaking a trust washer and destroying my middle shaft gear.
i am telling my self the 1500 i saved on labor i bought new winter tires and a surround sound for my garage and lots of new emetic tools
this si caused by a weak 4x4 system where it is half engaged sometimes.
