Default Torsion bar question - lowering front to be level?

I have a 2000 2wd Blazer and of course the rear end sags 1.5 - 2 inches. I actually prefer these trucks a little lower, so could I crank my torsion bars down in the front and level the truck that way? Actually I'd put some rake in it, with the front lower. If possible, of course. Figured I'd ask the experts who mess with these things.

2WD does not have torsion bars... coil springs in front.

After furthur investigation a stock blazer is best lowered by way of springs. Bottom control arm is closer to level which means track width changes less and bump steer gets minimized. If you need shocks go with S10 Xtreme. If you lower it 1" or less put a couple of washers umder the shocks top bushing and four washers betweem the shock cross bar and the lower arm. The only prob is lateral roll center gets lowered which is the wrong way to go with this platform. Im in the process of making a billet center link to fix some of those probs. But all in all lower is better.
