Transfer Case Output Seal
So my 2001 Bravada AWD transfer case output seal, the one that is for the rear axle, is leaking on my car.
I tried a Duralast seal, it fit but leaked.
I tried a Masterpro seal from O'Rileys, it does not fit right. It pops out, and doesn't want to stay in. It will not seat all the way down.
Gonna try a Timken one after work.
The mating surface on the transfer case looks good. I know they make a repair sleeve for this area. I do not see anything wrong with the tail shaft on my transfer case. I guess just poor reproduction aftermarket seals.
Very odd..

Tightened down trans cooler line. Seems to have stopped leaking.
Looks like my rear seal on transfer case is still leaking. The is fluid all around the seal, and in one spot I saw a drip. Repair sleeve? Ugh.
