Angry Trans rear seal issues.

I'm new to this whole forum thing so please bear with me.
Anyhow, I'm working on my buddies 94 S-10 and have been trying to replace the oil seals between the tranny and T-case. the transmission is leaking fluid into the transfer case causing it to over fill. but for the life of me I can't figure out how to access ether the rear transmission output seal or the transfer case input seal to replace them. I can't even see the the one in the tranny and the one in the t-case appears to be install on the inside of the case infront of the planetary assembly (which i can't figure out how to remove). I'm at a loss and would appreciate any advice.

There is not an output seal on the transmission. There is only the input seal on the front of the transfer case. It is accessible by removing the transfer case from the vehicle.

I figured that out actually but I still don't know how to get that input seal on the T-case out. It looks like there's a cover plate on the input side of the planitary assembly. But it's held down with allen screws that are impossible to turn out. It's like they're binder threads or something. And i can't get to it from the back cause the planitary assembly ain't comin' out ether. Any ideas?

The input seal is balloon #080 in the attached document.

so the only seal between the tranny and t-case is the input seal on the t-case?

Yes. Exactly what I said in my initial response to the op.

So the fluid can free flow out the back of the tranny, I mean it has to comeout the back to overfill the t-case if it gets past the input seal of the t-case, Is there gaskets between the "t-case and tranny adapter" and "the tranny adapter and the tranny"? Or is it just RTV? Thanks for clearing this up...
