Truck Squeaking Uncontrollably...
I have a 2000 Blazer 4 x 4 LT. It has 131,000 miles on it. Recently, whenever I drive on roads that aren't completely flat, it squeaks like crazy. It appears to be coming from the suspension, but I'm not sure exactly where. I thought it just might be that the truck is old and rusted on the underbody, and the winter caused some parts to shrink and start the squeaking, but the weather has been great the past few weeks, and the squeaking persists. I had the front upper control arms replaced, but that didn't help.
I have noticed that when I am turning and braking, the squeaking goes away, but whenever I am am going straight, and the road is uneven, I can feel the body swaying a bit, and it the sound is very obnoxious. Anyone have any suggestions for a quick fix or a direction to look in? Thanks.

my first thought is check the grease in all your suspension parts.
i think on a standard 4x there are 12 points to grease...depending on you parts if they are sealed after market or not.
i would start there...you may find a torn boot or best case just a dry socket

Not particularly technically advanced when it comes to car maintenance. Can you tell me or direct me somewhere to find out where these 12 grease points are?
ball joints, tie rod ends, idler arm, pitman arm, and u-joints if they have been replaced, i think thats all of them.
It is that time of year my Wife's 2004 SRX was squeaking last week so I grabbed some WD-40 hit every rubber bushing I could find and voila all gone. The Cadillac doesn't have any grease fittings they are sealed. depending on where you live moisture levels and temperature the rubber will squeak. This is also why I buy WD-40 by the gallon
always have an old spray bottle or 3 around for a quick squeak fix.
As suggested by others never hurts to check grease fittings for failure. And if you are not a hands on person the job of a quick oil lube place is to lube and grease the chassis. They may charge 20 bucks to lube the car up so it might be worth it to you and have it looked at they might find something wrong that you may have not looked for or seen.

I was also told that that there are two other split-bushings on the sway bar more towards the front center of the truck under the radiator that look easy to replace. Thanks for your guys help and advice.
