Vibration after 60-65mph
#3
If it's the blazer in your profile picture i would suspect tires out of balance- low profile tires on large diameter wheels are a pain to get properly balanced...my dad has had issues even with the stock 20s that came on his Dodge ram. He had the new tires(nice quality ones not cheap ones) balanced 3 times before the highway vibration subsided..and it's still not perfect.
I would also check for a bent rim.
As Christine said, it could also be a driveshaft out of balance- but unless you're taking it off road(which I'm assuming you aren't if that's your blazer) and bent/dented it- its less likely
On the note of driveshafts, if it is 4x4 did you do both front driveshaft u joints, and both rear u joints?

Yes,that's the Blazer in the pic,it is a 98' w/4.3 2wd. I haven't had the driveshaft bal. but I had the same problem with 15" wheels but I will start with balancing the wheels. New engine btw
