Default Vibration over 65mph

I have a real bad vibration in my '00 4x4 Blazer. It's always been there but I haven't been able to solve it yet... I just drive slower everywhere!

The whole vehicle seems to shake when it starts.

I have replaced the following parts since owning the vehicle as I identified several worn items:
Shocks all round
Upper and lower control arm bushes
Front sway bar bushes and end links
Discs and pads front and rear (no measurable run out)
Idler arm (old one was terribly worn)

Before I bought it 3 months ago it had new wheels and tires all round (which have been balanced), new inner and outer tie rod ends.

I'll crawl under it and take a look at the driveshaft UJ's tonight, but is there anything else I should check over?

if it seems way faster of a vibration then the speed of the tires rotating its probably a bad u-joint or bent driveshaft. if its shaking the steering wheel then its going to be something with the tires, rims, or front suspension
